Colin has held executive leadership positions notably in British Airways and more recently as Director of Engineering at Dutch owned Abellio UK Greater Anglia railway, one of the largest UK rail operators. In 2005, he established Manorheim Business and Aviation Consultancy Ltd, his own interim leadership enterprise, and held numerous executive posts predominantly in the aviation sector. 

His innovative style and naturally positive attitude underpin his leadership approach that has inspired many people and teams to achieve great results across a range of disciplines. 

Colin is a graduate and chartered aeronautical engineer. He possesses a fixed wing pilots licence, is fluent in French, a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and an active member of the Institute of Directors. 

Colin has spent time living and working in Switzerland, France, Norway and the USA. A strong people leader, Colin brings entrepreneurial spirit, industry experience, the right personality and contagious energy to the business.

Scott has held senior technical positions in design, composite, foam pattern making sectors prior to establishing his own enterprise, IDS Aerospace Ltd. Technical innovation lies at the heart of what Scott and IDS Aerospace are about. He is an individual who thrives on challenging the status quo and is a natural problem solver. 

Specific training across various technology and software underpin his technical prowess and energy for the subject. Holding a diploma in digital applications with specialisation in geometry and mathematics enable Scott to diligently deploy his skills effectively and efficiently.
